How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection of handmade polymer clay earrings, select the ones you love, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process and voila!

Payment and Shipping
We accept all major credit cards for payment. Once your order is confirmed, we'll carefully package your earrings and ship them right to your doorstep. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. The pieces are packaged in small, sturdy boxes, and sent in bubble wrap.

Returns & Refunds
Each pair of earrings are handmade so please allow for any slight variations and/or imperfections as it may vary from what is pictured. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your earrings, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help you with a return or exchange.

What are the earrings made of?

The earrings are carefully handcrafted and made with polymer clay and lots of passion & love. Each pair is unique. We design each piece from start to finish. We hand mix the clay for unique colors, roll, cut, bake, sand, drill, and assemble everything in our shop!

How should I care for my earrings?

Please note KC earrings are handcrafted with polymer clay and must be handled with care. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in an earring holder to prevent damage. If cleaning is required, gently wipe with soft damp cloth. Keep dry, do not wear while swimming or showering. Keep away from perfumes and harsh chemicals. Be gentle when wearing your KC earrings, do not bend or flex them. Do not place earrings in a bag without wrapping them carefully in their box.

Are they hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears?

All earrings include surgical steel posts and hooks that should be safe for sensitive ears. We have not received any feedback otherwise.
